At a Session of Assembly held at the City of Annapolis, on
Saturday the 22d Day of March, in the Year of our Lord One
Thousand Seven Hundred and Sixty, and in the Ninth Year of
the Dominion of the Right Honourable Frederick, Absolute Lord
