To the Clerk of the Court of Appeals:

I, BERTRAM L. BOONE, II., SECRETARY OF STATE OF THE STATE
OF MARYLAND, pursuant to the direction contained in Section
203 of Article 33 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1947
edition) DO HEREBY CERTIFY, That at an election held in
Prince George's County, on June 2, 1949, an Act known as
Chapter 753 of the Acts of the General Assembly of 1949,
was submitted to the voters of Prince George's County, for
their adoption or rejection under the provisions thereof, said
Act being:

An Act relating to the licensing of coin operated mechan-
ical or electrical amusement devices or machines
in Prince George's County.

AND i DO CERTIFY, That at said election 6,257 votes were
cast in favor of the adoption of Chapter 753 of the Acts of
1949, and 5,293 votes were cast against the adoption of the
said Act, and a majority being cast for the adoption of the
said referred law it has therefore been ratified by the voters
of Prince George's County.
