tion to the Navy and Marine Corps since the formation of the Govern-
ment, arranged in chronological order, with full notes and references,
embracing Decisions of the Supreme Court, in. many cases, and a
copious Index and Table of Contents. The laws how in force are
printed in larger type than those out of existence, but they are nearly
all published in extenso, to show the gradations through which these
branches of our Military service have passed to their present condition.
