TUESDAY, July 30, 1861.

The House of Delegates met in a burned extra session at
Frederick city this day, and was opened with prayer by the
the Rev. Mr. Seymour.

Present at the call of the roll the following members:

Messrs. Kilbourn, Speaker, Durant, Medders, Briscoe,
Ford, Denison, Quinlan, Jones, of Talbot, Chaplain, Den-

nis, of Som't, Holland, Maxwell, Kessler, Routzahn, John-

son, Naill, Goldsborough, Warfield, Brune, Winans, Har-

rison, Thomas, Wallis, Sangston, Morfit, Scott, Eakle,
Gordon, and Turner.

No quorum being present,

Mr. Thomas moved that the House do now adjourn.
On motion of Mr. Ford,

It was ordered, That when the House adjourn it stand ad-
journed until to-morrow at 12 o'clock, M,;

On motion of Mr. Ford,
The House adjourned.

WEDNESDAY, July 31, 1861.

The House met and was opened with prayer by the Rev.
