TITLES OF THE LAWS.

No. 1. A bill entitled, at act to locate the office of the
State Superintendent of Public Instruction, in the city of
Baltimore, and to furnish the same.

No. 2. A bill entitled, an act to repeal section seven, of
Article seven, of the Code of Public Local Laws, relating to
the Circuit Court for Carroll county, and the manner and
times of holding the terms thereof, and to re-enact the same
with amendments.

No. 3. A bill entitled, an act to repeal section twelve of
an act passed January session 1864, chapter three hundred
and eighty-one, entitled, "an act to incorporate the Merchants
and Mechanics Fire Insurance Company of Baltimore," and
to re-enact the same with amendments.

No. 4. A bill entitled, an act to alter and change the name
of Charles Sands to that of Carlos Sales.

No. 5. A bill entitled, an act to amend the fifth section of
Article eighteen of the Code of Public General Laws, entitled,
"Clerks of Courts," and to repeal sections thirty-two and
thirty-three of Article ten of the Code of Public General
Laws entitled, "Attachments."

No. 6. A bill entitled, an act to amend the twenty-sixth
section, of Article four of the Code of Public Local Laws
entitled, "Tobacco," by declaring and providing that certain
tobacco shall not be liable for storage.

No. 7. A bill entitled, an act to refuse to make valid certain
bequests in the last will and testament of John Smenner,
late of Allegany county, deceased.

No. 8. An act entitled, an act to enable Ruth & Co., of
Chestertown Maryland, to occupy a portion of the public
land on High street in said town.

No. 9. An act to incorporate the Union Orphans' Asylum
of Baltimore.
