Attested to by the General Assembly of Maryland, at December
                                   Session, A. D.
1829.

                                            No. 1.

A Resolution providing for the payment of the Members and
             Officers of the present General Assembly.

    1829.    

Passed Jan. 7, 1830.
    Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That the
Treasurer of the Western shore be, and he is hereby authorised
and directed to pay to the several members of the present
General Assembly, and the officers thereof, or to their
respective orders, the several sums of money, now due, and
that may, from time to time, become due to them, respectively;
and for which they shall obtain certificates from the chairman
of the committee on claims, of the present house of delegates.

                                            No. 2.

A Resolution in favor of George G. Brewer, late Assistant
                         Clerk of the House of Delegates.


Passed Jan. 7, 1830.
    Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That the
Treasurer of the Western shore pay to George G. Brewer,
the sum of twelve dollars, for three days attendance, as Assistant
Clerk to the present House of Delegates.

                                            No. 3.

A Resolution providing a compensation for the services of
    James Dixon, Esquire, of Frederick county, n the prosecution
    of George Swearingen, for the murder of his wife.


Passed Jan. 19, 1830.
    Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That the
Treasurer of the Western Shore be, and he is hereby authorised
