Whereas, all these questions and others concerning the
successful administration of justice in this State should be
thoroughly re-examined and evaluated; now, therefore,
be it

Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the Governor be requested to appoint an able and outstand-
ing Commission to investigate these and related questions
concerning generally the organization, administration and
compensation of the Judiciary of Maryland; and be it
further

Resolved, That in the appointment of such a Commis-
sion the Governor be requested to include thereon members
of the Bar in this State and also members of the Senate
and House of Delegates of Maryland; and be it further

Resolved, That said Commission be requested to make
a full and complete appraisal and re-evaluation of the work-
ings of the judicial process in Maryland and to submit its
report and recommendations, if any, to the Governor of
Maryland, to the Legislative Council, and to the General
Assembly; and be it further

Resolved, That said Commission be requested to com-
plete its report and submit is recommendations, if possible,
on or before November 1, 1952.

Sanitary Commission to remodel and enlarge its general
office building and to remodel its old office building
in Hyattsville, the cost of same to be paid out of the
